Understanding what CCC is — and what CCC is not — is essential to a properly structured engagement. The following disclosures apply to all CCC operations, marketing, and business relationships.
Construction Coordinating Corporation is a construction consulting and owner representation firm and is not a licensed contractor in the State of Nevada.
CCC does not perform, supervise, or contract for construction work. CCC does not control construction means, methods, techniques, or procedures.
All construction services are performed by independently licensed contractors engaged directly by the project owner.
CCC provides advisory, consulting, and coordination support only and assumes no responsibility for the performance, acts, or omissions of any contractor or subcontractor.
Participation in the CCC Contractor Network does not guarantee project selection, contract awards, or work of any kind.
All contractors in the CCC network are evaluated and selected directly by the property owner. CCC does not award construction contracts and has no authority to direct or compel contractor selection.
CCC does not receive compensation from contractors for project referrals, project selection, or project awards. Contractor network membership fees are for directory listing and opportunity notification services only.
Referral partner compensation is based solely on client introductions and is not contingent upon construction contract value or contractor agreements.
Referral compensation is derived from CCC's consulting revenue — not from construction costs, contractor fees, or project execution outcomes. All referral compensation terms are agreed in writing in advance of any referral activity.
CCC consulting fees are charged to property owners for advisory and coordination services. Fee structures are documented in writing in the consulting agreement before any services are rendered. CCC consulting fees are not tied to construction contract value, contractor selection, or project outcomes.
CCC operates as an independent advisor to property owners. CCC does not hold a financial interest in any contractor, vendor, or subcontractor included in its network or recommended to owner-clients.
CCC does not accept compensation from contractors, vendors, or subcontractors in connection with project work performed for owner-clients.
CCC provides advisory, consulting, and coordination support only. CCC assumes no responsibility for the performance, acts, errors, or omissions of any licensed contractor, subcontractor, or other construction professional engaged by the property owner.
CCC's advisory services do not constitute construction management, construction supervision, or general contracting services as defined under Nevada law.
