Referral partners introduce potential owner-clients to CCC. When a client engages CCC, the referral is credited. Compensation is based on quarterly referral performance and is paid as a fixed or performance-based fee derived from CCC's consulting revenue.

You Introduce a Client

Your client has a construction project — or is planning one. You introduce them to CCC. A phone call, a text, an email, or a direct referral form. CCC takes it from there.

CCC Connects With Your Client

CCC contacts your referred client, evaluates their project, and discusses whether CCC's advisory services are a good fit. Your client is treated as a priority — your referral reflects on you.

Client Engages CCC

If the client enters into a consulting agreement with CCC, the referral is formally credited to your account. No ambiguity — the credit is documented at the time of engagement.

Referral Is Credited & Tracked

Your quarterly referral performance is tracked across all credited client introductions. Compensation is calculated at quarter-end based on the structure agreed in your referral partner agreement.

You Are Compensated

Referral compensation is paid as a fixed or performance-based fee derived from CCC's consulting revenue. Compensation is not tied to construction contract value, contractor selection, or project execution — only to your client introduction.
